STUDENT SPIRITUAL GROWTH AND INFLUENCE SURVEY
This survey is designed to help you assess the current state of student discipleship. The survey assesses spiritual growth in six discipleship categories: personal relationship with God, practicing spiritual disciplines, service to others, spiritual leadership of parents, relational connection to the youth group, and relational connection to the church.
PARENT SPIRITUAL GROWTH AND LEADERSHIP SURVEY
This survey is designed to assess the spiritual maturity of parents of teenagers. The survey assesses spiritual growth in five categories: personal relationship with God, practicing spiritual disciplines, parent-youth relational health, church engagement, and faith conversations with teenagers.
Comprehensive Assessment
The surveys and assessments are free for personal use. You can use them as they are or select specific questions to create your own survey. We can assist you with administering all three as a comprehensive diagnostic of your youth ministry. We can provide you with identifying codes and unique web links to share with leaders, students, and parents. You will receive a detailed report summarizing and analyzing the survey results.
